Train Travel in Italy info Needed: Milan Airport to Venice

We are travelling to Italy soon and want to catch the train to Venice from Milan airport. Could you please tell me if it is possible to buy a ticket at the airport and whether you need to change at another station or whether you can travel straight through?

Also would you know the current price of the tickets, we are hoping to travel first class.

Another thing, any idea on how long it will take to travel by train from Milan airport to Venice?
